These Terms govern your access to siegehq.com and any services offered through it. By accessing the site or purchasing a War Room, you agree to these Terms.
SiegeHQ produces custom competitive intelligence reports delivered as self-contained HTML files (each, a War Room). A War Room is commissioned by a client and analyzes a specific competitor designated by that client.
The site and services are intended for businesses and individuals over eighteen (18) purchasing on behalf of a business. By using the site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Fee. Each War Room is priced at USD $5,000, payable in full at checkout via our payment processor.
Engagement. Upon payment, the client receives a signed Confidentiality Statement from SiegeHQ and a link to the intake form. Production begins when the completed intake is received.
Delivery. SiegeHQ delivers the War Room within seven (7) business days of intake submission, by email to the address provided at checkout.
Refunds. A War Room is a custom deliverable. All sales are final upon delivery, except as provided under the SiegeHQ Guarantee: if the delivered War Room does not contain the same structural sections and intelligence coverage categories as the demo presented at the time of purchase, you may request a full refund by emailing ops@siegehq.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Refund requests submitted after seven (7) days, or for reasons other than structural or coverage deviation from the demo, will not be honored. Prior to intake submission, you may cancel for a full refund for any reason.
Authority. By submitting the intake form, the client represents that they have authority to disclose the information being provided, and that doing so does not violate any agreement with any third party.
Your War Room. On delivery, the client owns the War Room file and the specific analysis, scripts, and strategy it contains. The client may use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the War Room within their organization without restriction.
SiegeHQ's methodology. SiegeHQ retains all rights in its methodology, production processes, research frameworks, templates, prompts, scoring systems, and general know-how used to produce War Rooms. No rights in SiegeHQ's methodology are granted to any client.
Site content. All content on this site — text, design, code, graphics, branding — is owned by SiegeHQ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, or redistribute site content without written permission.
You agree not to use the site or any War Room to:
A War Room is a strategic analysis based on publicly available information. It is not legal, financial, or professional counsel of any regulated kind. SiegeHQ does not guarantee any specific business outcome. The client is responsible for their own business decisions and for ensuring that any use of the War Room complies with applicable law. War Rooms are produced using public sources only and do not rely on unlawful access to any non-public information.
You agree to indemnify and hold SiegeHQ harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or any War Room, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which SiegeHQ is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the jurisdiction in which SiegeHQ is organized, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Any claim against SiegeHQ must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
SiegeHQ may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted at this URL with its Effective Date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
